I have been appraising Real Estate in the Upstate of South Carolina and Georgia since 1999.  I perform appraisals for national banks and local lenders, Insurance companies, Estate Executors, Courts, and Individuals. These appraisals can be utilized for a wide variety of reasons including estate settlements, property tax abatement, divorce settlements, Insurance claims, and market value assessment to name a few.  I have performed thousands of appraisals in my career which include single family, multi family, commercial property, vacant land, and contributory value attributable to property improvements.

In addition to Real Property Appraisal, I am also an active Real Estate Investor who is involved with buying, selling, rehabing, renting, and wholesaling Real Estate.
